User requesting to grant access/delegate Mailbox, Calendar and Contacts.
To grant access
- In O365, go to File > Account Settings > Delegate Access
- In the Delegates window, click Add and search for the user to whom you want to grant access, and click Permissions
- In the Delegate Permission window, choose which rights you want to give for your Calendar, Tasks, Inbox, Contacts and you can also forward meeting-related messages to the delegate and click ok.
- Wait for for a few minutes for replication and permission to take effect
