Grant/ Remove access to your Outlook Mailbox or Calendar manually

User requesting to grant access/delegate Mailbox, Calendar and Contacts.

To grant access

  1. In O365, go to File > Account Settings > Delegate Access
  2. In the Delegates window, click Add and search for the user to whom you want to grant access, and click Permissions 
  3. In the Delegate Permission window, choose which rights you want to give for your Calendar, Tasks, Inbox, Contacts and you can also forward meeting-related messages to the delegate and click ok.
  4. Wait for for a few minutes for replication and permission to take effect
